At Zesty Nutrition, our focus is on supporting you as you navigate your relationship with food and body. This may mean recovering from an eating disorder, managing a chronic condition, relearning to trust your body in the face of incessant societal messaging, or a combination. We specialize in providing nutrition counseling in the context of the following conditions:
- ADHD
- Autism
- Anorexia nervosa
- Atypical anorexia
- Avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)
- Disordered eating
- Chronic dieting

How do I know if Zesty is right for me?

We believe that almost everyone can benefit from a little 1:1 nutrition counseling. We also believe that it has to feel like a good fit to you. You may be a good fit for Zesty if you:
- Are tired of trying one diet after another to no avail
- Have a history of weight cycling or yo-yo dieting
- Want to improve your relationship with your body
- Are diagnosed or self-identify as neurodivergent
- Binge eat
- Restrict your food intake
- Forget to eat
- Have strong sensory food aversions
- Enjoy introspection, learning about yourself, and deep conversations

Zesty Fees
Discovery Call
15 minutes | FREE
Get to know Sara, and decide if Zesty Nutrition is a good fit for you.
Intake Session
60 minutes | $300
This initial session is required for all new clients. Sara will get to know you, your history, and your goals.
Follow-up Session
50 minutes | $225
30 minutes | $135
Typically weekly or biweekly. Session frequency is agreed upon by you and Sara during the intake session.
Follow-up sessions will be scheduled during the intake.
Payment/Insurance
At this time, Zesty Nutrition does not take insurance. However, depending on which state you live in, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Not sure if your insurance offers OON reimbursement for nutrition services? Reach out to me and I will send you all the information you need to have on hand when you call your insurance company to find out!
You may use FSA or HSA funds for nutrition counseling services.
